Congratulations to Shane Madden, Ruby Falvey, Dylan Quinn and Caoimhe Laide who came 3rd in their Quartette at Munster Final of Ceol an Geimhridh Sunday last in Dromcolliher, Co. Limerick. The branch will hold its annual set dancing competition next Saturday 20th February at 6.45 in Tomaisins Hall Lisselton. The branch will also hold its Annual Church gate collection next Saturday and Sunday.
Music and dancing classes will continue as normal next Friday night in Lisselton School.
The branch concert will take place the 4th March at 7.30 Sharp.The first items will be the beginners in Music ,step dancing and singing classes.As always this is a most enjoyable night.
Other news.
Causeway CCE annual feis takes place next Sunday. Kilcummin monthly music session continue next sunday. CCE Munster convention takes place next Sunday in Mallow at 2pm.
Listowel will host this years Fleadh na Mumhan (Munster Fleadh) from 12th to 17th July. A public meeting will be held in Christy's The Well, The Square Listowel on Monday 22nd February at 8pm. The officers will give a progress update and need the help of the public in running this prestige event. We invite everyone to attend.
