CCÉM LEAC SNÃMHA Well, our 26th annual Féile Feabhra was such a huge success that we need have no worries regarding the future of music, song and dance when it comes to our young members. Saturdays workshops were very well attended and visited by TG4 and the Féile concert on Saturday night entertained and amazed a packed house with huge talent from all the step dancers, singers, musicians and sean nós dancers. Sundays competitions again showed the forthcoming talent in the various competitions so a huge thank you to all our young participants, all their teachers, parents and families and all helpers over the weekend.
Good luck to the six from the branch going to Ceol an Gheimhridh on Sunday next in Drumcolliogher.
Our input into Fleadh Cheoil Chiarraà preparations are ongoing and progressing well at this stage.
