CCÉ LEAC SNÁMHA Well we are looking forward to a very busy year for our branch which kickstarts with our Féile Feabhra on Sat 6th and Sun 7th Feb. Workshops in music for U12’s Sat 6th 10.30-12 noon, comhrá gaeilge 12.00-1pm and sean nós dancing from 3.00-4.30pm. A concert will take place Sat night 6th with teachers/children from the branch and on Sun 7th competitions in music, singing and comhrá for non-prize winners at the fleadhanna cheoil. Entries for Sult na nÓg,which will be in Tralee IT 27th Feb, to be into Mike Kissane by Feb 6th. Co Board meeting Friday next Jan 22nd and Munster Convention Feb 21st. Our branch is privileged to be part of the running of Fleadh Cheoil Chiarraí this year which will be held in Tralee from 18th/22nd May and so much work goes into the organising that volunteers will be welcome as time goes on.
