The Branch had a meeting Sunday last and  the following dates for branch activities for 2015/16 year were discussed. An Irish night will take place during Christmas date and venue to be confirmed. Munster Ceol an Geimhreadh, February 14th 2016, Sult na nóg Sat.27th Sunday 28th February 2016,
Friday 4th March will be the Branch Concert. Confined Waltzing and Set Competition on Saturday16th April. A very enjoyable and successful workshop on reel steps was held last Sunday in St Patricks Hall in Listowel. Run by John Stack Dance Teacher and the workshop given by Triona Mangan Killarney. This was a very interesting and productive day for 37 young dancers who learned some new reels steps for Set Dancing. All the dancers had a great day and left the workshop beaming with new steps. Thanks to Triona for her patience and the expert way she had with the children, they were all treated equally and she gave all of them a change of getting these new steps at their own pace. Again thanks to Triona and also to the Ballydonoghue/Lisselton CCE and Causeway CCE branches for their help in running the event. Classes continue every Saturday in Coolard Clubrooms beginners from 10am. All are welcome. Contact 0876020990 for details.
