Causeway CCE Notes

Adult Set dance classes continue every Monday night from 8pm in the Adult Education Centre Causeway, everyone welcome.

Music classes Friday nights in the Causeway Inn.

A very enjoyable and successful workshop on reel steps was held last Sunday in St Patricks Hall in Listowel. Run by John Stack Dance Teacher and the workshop given by Triona Mangan Killarney. This was a very interesting and productive day for the Causeway girls who travelled and learned some new reels steps for Set Dancing. All the dancers had a great day and left the workshop beaming with new steps. Thanks to Triona for her patience and the expert way she had with the children, they were all treated equally and she gave all of them a change of getting these new steps at their own pace. Again thanks to Triona and also to the Causeway CCE and Ballydonoghue/Lisselton CCE branches for their help in running the event.

Children's set dance classes continues every Saturday in the Assembly hall of Causeway Comprehensive School beginners from 1.30pm. All are welcome. Contact 0876020990 for details
