Our last monthly music session before our summer break was again a great success and although it did clash with Fleadh Nua we were delighted again with the numbers that attended. Our next session will be after the summer break towards the end of September and again we would love to see as many newcomers as possible! This session is open to all ages and all levels of ability and we welcome members from all Comhaltas branches. ATTENTION ALL TEENAGERS!  After our summer break we will be calling for all teenagers from beginners to advanced from Kilcummin and beyond to come and join us at our new monthly teenage sessions. These will be very relaxed informal sessions specifically for teenagers from age 13 upwards to get together with other teenagers with the same musical interests. You guys are our future musicians who will if not already be playing in shows, bars etc. and we would like to offer you a place to get together to exchange ideas, tunes etc. before you all go off to college and move onto the next chapter in your lives! Refreshments will be available to all. All entries should now be in for The Kerry Fleadh and we know you will all be practising hard for the next couple of weeks. Just remember competitions are all about practising and improving and if you have improved then you are a winner regardless of the results!
