Ballydonoghue CCE Notes
Thank you to all who supported the church gate collection. Senior Scór. Ballydonogue competed in the county final in Trá na gceist in Brosna on Saturday 21st February. On the day they were not successful in qualifing to the AlI-Ireland final. The team were James Finnerty, Tom Keane, Tim Lynch and Nollie Hegarty. Scór na bpaistà took place in Moyvane on Sunday 22nd February. The club competed in Trá na gCeist,Instrumental Music, Solo Singing, Recitation and Sean Nos dancing. Well done to Jack O Sullivan who won the Recitation competition, and Tadhg Barry who won the Sean nós dancing. Instrumental music group came a very impressive 2nd place. (Shane Madden,Alan Foley,Sorcha Keane,Aisling Joy,Caoimhe Lyons.) Jack and Tadhg have qualified to the county semifinal. This will take place in Knocknagoshel on Sunday March 8th at 2pm.We wish the boys the very best of luck. Pléaracha Practice will take place this Wednesday at 6pm in Tomaisins Hall and friday at 7pm. Competition will take place next Sunday in Templeglantin at 2.30pm. Sult na nóg All those competing in Sult na nóg next weekend in Tralee IT please look up time table on Kerry CCE website.
