The Annual General Meeting of Sliabh Luachra Comhaltas, took place on Wednesday 15th of October in the Le Ceile Room, Gneeveguilla. The officers for the coming year 2014/
2015 were elected Chairperson Siobhan McGillicuddy, Vice Chairperson Christy Cronin, Secretary Maureen Dalton, PRO Katie O’Sullivan, Treasurer Patsy Crowley, Assistant Treasurer Carmel O’Connor, Irish Officers: Marion O’Connor and Niamh Dalton, Youth Officers Conor Crowley, Ciarán O’Sullivan and Niamh Dalton,
County Board Delegates Martina O’Leary, Katie O’Sullivan, Carmel O’Connor. Memberships for the coming year are now due - €20 Family, €12 Senior and €6 Junior
Ceol an Gheimhridh Competitions 2014/2015 will take place over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of November. Music/Singing/Storytelling/Recitation of a Poem competitions in the I.T. Tralee on Saturday 15th November and the Dancing Competitions in Fossa Hall on Sunday 16th November. There are two age groups U13 and U17. In order to take part in these competitions you first need to become a member for the coming year.
