Ballydonoghue CCE
County Fleadh Cheol took place last weekend in Cahersiveen. The local branch was very well represented in Music, Song and Dancing competition. We had a very successful Fleadh. The following groups were prize winners. 1st Ballydonoghue U12 band and Grupai Cheoil. 2nd Ballydonoghue U15 Band and Grupa Cheoil. 1st Ballydonoghue/Lisselton Lixnaw U18 Band and U18 Grupa Cheoil. A big congratulations to all the solo, duets and trios who also qualified for the Munster final in Killarney in July. The names of all the competitors will be found on the Comhaltas website. A big thank you to our teachers Katie McNamara, T.P McNamara, John Stack and Karen Trench who prepared the Children for the competitions.
