Ballylongford/Tarbert CCE: Last Sunday saw the first of our concerts taking place as we near the end of our classes for this year. A large attendance was treated to a wonderful collection of music played by our junior and beginner musicians. It was a most enjoyable afternoon which included a huge variety of classes from concertina and accordion, to tin whistle, guitar and bodhrán. A huge well done to all our young musicians who showed what great results can be achieved in just a few months of classes. Well done also to our teachers, singers and dancers who finished off the evening in lively style. Remember our final concert for the year takes place on Friday 16th May in the Parish Hall, Ballylongford at 7.00 p.m. Another great evenings entertainment is promised with our more advanced musicians taking to the stage so make sure you come along and join in the fun. Everyone welcome.
