Alannah Ní Chíosáin, Treoraí na Gaeilge has selected three seanfhocal which have particular relevance in the current situation of COVID-19 restrictions:
· Ní neart go cur le chéile
· Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireann na daoine
· Níl aon tinteán mar do thinteán féin
She is inviting junior members and school children to draw a suitable picture for their chosen seanfhocal and email a scan or photo of it to her by 5th May to tnagkerrycce@gmail.com.
All pictures will be posted in the gallery section of the Kerry Comhaltas website.
There could even be a prize or two or three!!
Don't forget to write your name and branch/address/school at the top of each seanfhocal drawing.
