At our monthly meeting on Tuesday night Geraldine Guilfoyle reported that last Saturday Scoil Fonn & Amhran ,which was held in the IT Tralee, North Campus was both Fantastic and encouraging. Twenty eight participants took part. The day began at 11am and continued on until 3.030pm with a break for lunch. We had a joyous finish to the day Geraldine said with a session mor.
The meeting also extended good wishes to Erin Holland for a speedy recovery following her surgery.
Spraoí Na nÓg set dancing will be hosted in The Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, On Sunday 6th May
Please note change of date to Saturday 12th May for next music session in the Parish Hall. After this session there will be a break for the months of June, July and August.
Friday 1st June is the date for the official launch of Fleadh Ciarrai which is hosted this year in Milltown .The festival will run from Wednesday 20th June to Sunday 24th June.
Entrants who wish to participate in competitions in Fleadh Ciarrai must have completed forms with their branch secretaries by 5th May.
