Our weekly classes have begun in Galecholáiste Chiarraí....ag 6.30pm (beginners) every Tuesday. Nice to see all the fimiliar faces in action again agus beidh fáilte mhór roimh cheoltóirí nua ar an Máirt seo chugainn. Beidh Ciarán Ó Flaibhín i bhfeighil. Thanks to Jessie who stepped in last week.

Our cruinniú cinn bhliana (AGM) was held on Tuesday last sa Ghaelcholáiste.

If you’d like to improve your spoken Irish, feel free to go along to the weekly Ciorcal Comhrá sessions in Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee, on Wednesdays ó 8.30pm go 9.30pm. Fáilte roimh chách.

Young people who are under the age of 17 years (on January 1st 2018) and who are interested in participating in the Tralee Area Scór na nÓg competitions should get working on same! Competitions: figure dancing, solo singing, recitation/story, instrumental music group of 5, ballad group of 5 singers, set dancing, sketch and table quiz. Please make contact with your GAA club.

Ceol an Gheimhridh: (a) November 4th - closing date for entries. (b) November 18th – competitions: music, singing, scéalaíocht, storytelling at IT Tralee, North Campus, ag 10.30am. (c) November 19th – competitions: set dancing, céilí dancing at Fossa Community Centre, ag 10.30am.
