First, a reminder that THERE WILL BE NO SATURDAY CLASSES AT LISTOWEL SEANCHAI CENTRE THIS WEEKEND – classes will resume the following Saturday, May 6.

A reminder that Seanchai Centre hosts its monthly Rambling House on Thursday, April 27, 9:15 pm.
Fleadh Cheoil Chiarrai is almost upon us – May 17-21, in Tralee. Check the web site for info and updates at kerrycomhaltas.ie.
This year’s Fleadh will include a Traditional Street Music Competition with a total of €900 to be awarded in prizes (€500 for 1st place, €250 for 2nd, and €150 for 3rd). The competition will be held FRIDAY, 19 MAY, 5 – 7 pm, at 3 or 4 designated locations in Tralee town. Results will be announced as soon as the adjudicators have had time to compile their results. Groups MUST pre-register in order to compete, and the registration deadline is Friday, 12 May. (There is a €5 registration fee.) Groups may have a minimum of 3 people and maximum of 6, ages 9 and up.
