CCÉ LEAC SNÁMHA Congratulations to Maura Walsh who is to receive a Bardic award at this years Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Ennis. This award is for Maura’s significant contribution to the promotion of music and culture with comhaltas, both at branch level, throughout Ireland and abroad, so well deserved. With only weeks to go to Fleadh Chiarraí all the final preparations are being put in place and we are delighted that our own Pat Joe Dennehy will officially launch the Fleadh on Friday May 6th in the Ashe Hotel Tralee. The fleadh official opening will then take place on Wednesday May 17th in the Rose Hotel Tralee and this will kickstart all the fleadh events till the closing on Sunday May 21st.
