Exciting news for our branch our under 15 mixed Fleadh na hEireann champions will be performing on the Late Late Toy show on Dec 2nd. The lucky dancers were invited to dance in Celtic Steps after their win in Ennis and that night one of the parents Noreen O Sullivan recorded the performance and sent it to the Late Late toy show. Noreen told no one until they were called for an audition in Cork two weeks ago, they waited patiently and the welcome phone call of their success came last Wednesday. Their teachers Triona and Mairead Mangan kept it a secret until they met the eight dancers together at dance class; there were scenes of jubilation with the news. The lucky dancers are Liam Spillane, Shona Murphy, Gary O Sullivan, Erin Holland, Cian O Sullivan, Orlaith Spillane, Christopher Carey, Meghan Cronin. Dont forget to tune in as they will be part of the Trad group on the night. Reminder the Torc weekend of set dancing18th to 20thNovember in The Torc hotel Mallow road is almost upon us.
