CCECeol an Gheimhridh Ciarraí 2016/2017 took place last weekend in IT Tralee. Ballydonoghue /Lisselton did very well and the following 1st and 2nd place prize winners go forward to the Munster final next  February.Wind U13 1st Ruby Falvey  Wind U13-17 Hamish O Carroll.Reed U13 1st Kieran Mackessy,2nd Ruby Falvey, 3rd Caoimhe Laid.Reed U13-17 1st Ryan O Neill.String U13 2nd Dylan Quinn.Duet U13 1sr Ruby Falvey ,Kieran Mackessey,2nd Dylan Quinn,Shane Madden,3rd Laoise Lavery,Danny Keane.Quartette U13 1st Dylan Quinn,Shane Madden,Caoimhe Laid, Ruby Falvey. 2nd Mairead Barry,Laoise Lavery, Kieran Mackessey, Danny Keane.Congratulation to all of the above musician and best of luck in the Munster Final.Irish Night The Ballydonoghue/ Lisselton branch will have an Irish Night next Saturday 19th November in Purcells Bar Ballyduff. All musician and singers welcome.Scór Na nóg congratulation to Alan Foley,Aoife Lynch,Ryan O Neill,Roisin Kissane and Caoimhe Barry who won the County final in Ceoil Uirlise. It was held in Killorglin.They now go forward to the Munster Semi final Sunday December 11th in Cashel Co Tipperary. We wish them the best of luck. Well done to Orlaith O Mahony who represented Ballydonoghue in Solo Singing but was unlucky not to qualify on the night.
