Dancers, parents, friends and dancing teachers gathered in a packed hall in Spa GAA clubhouse on Friday 16th September, for a celebratory party to mark another brilliant year for our members at the various fleadhanna cheoil throughout the year, culminating in spectacular success at Fleadh Cheoil na h-Ãireann in Ennis where they brought home All-Ireland titles in both set-dancing and figure dancing. A number of presentations were made on the night. Norrie King (who trained the figure dancers) receives a bouquet of flowers from Gerard Mangan, branch treasurer and Ann Mangan, branch secretary. Linda Doherty on behalf of the parents made presentations to set-dancing tutors Mairéad Mangan, TrÃona Mangan and Maureen Hegarty.
