If you’d like to improve your spoken Irish, feel free to go along to the weeklyCiorcal Comhrá sessions in Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee, on Wednesdays ó 8.30pm go 9.30pm. Fáilte roimh chách. Don’t be shy!

Young people who are under the age of 17 years (on January 1st 2018) and who are interested in participating in the Tralee Area

Scór na nÓg competitions should get working on same! Competitions: figure dancing, solo singing, recitation/story, instrumental music group of 5, ballad group of 5 singers, set dancing, sketch and table quiz. Please make contact with your GAA club. 

Ceol an Gheimhridh: (a) November 4th - closing date for entries. (b) November 18th – competitions: music, singing, scéalaíocht, storytelling at IT Tralee, South Campus, ag 10.30am.

November 19th – competitions: set dancing, céilí dancing at Fossa Community Centre, ag 10.30am.(iv) Sult na nÓg: 15th February - closing date for entries for Sult na nÓg.

LIKE TO LEARN REAL TRADITIONAL MUSIC?The Tralee Branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann will continue to run its weekly traditional music classes in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí at 6.30pm (beginners) every Tuesday. Beginners as well as more accomplished boys and girls are being catered for. All welcome at these trad classes....fáilte mhór roimh an domhan is a mháthair.
