Music Classes will continue this Friday evening at Lisselton school. Anyone wishing to start classes should register this Friday the 22nd September. Any later will result in the child falling behind in their class.

The time table for classes at Lisselton School:

Beginner Fiddle, banjo,Flute 5.30pm(Katie)

Beginner Concertina 6.00pm (Katie)

Last year's beginner Fiddles and banjos Concertinas 6.30pm(Katie)

Junior U12 Fiddles, Flutes, Banjos 7.00pm (Katie)

Junior U 12 concertina 7.30pm (Katie)

Beginner Tin Whistle 6.00pm  (T.P)

Last year's beginner Tin Whistles 6.45pm(T.P)

Beginner Button Accordion 7.15 (T.P)

Last year's beginner Accordion 8.00pm (TP)

Under 15s advanced fiddle and flute 8pm and concertina 8.30pm

Under 18 classes will commence shortly On Saturday evenings and Katie will be in touch.

Step dancing classes with Mary O Connell will commence this friday 22nd September 7.15pm.


Sean nós Singing with Karen Trench will commence on the 6th October. Beginner singers 5.30pm,last year beginners 6pm, Advanced singers 6.30pm.


John Stack set dancing classes have changed from Saturday morning to Tuesday evenings. They are now on Tuesdays.New Beginners 4.15 to 5pm.Last year's class from 5pm to 6.30pm. Thursday class will commence after the races. For more Information contact John Stack 0876020990


Cultural night will take place this Friday 22nd September. Ballydonoghue/Lisselton CCE will have a celebration of Irish Music at Tomaisins on the night. Also the under 12-15 Grúpaí Ceoil will be presented with their Munster Medals from this years Fleadh Cheoil. Everyone is welcome to come along which will guarantee to be a great night of celebration and Irish Music and culture.


The branch AGM will take place Friday 29th September at 9.15pm In Lisselton School. 


County board meeting will take place next Monday 25th September in the Rose Hotel Tralee.Branch delegates must attend as County Fleadh will be announced.
