The old Philosopher (anon.) said many years ago.
“The movement of sound that reaches the soul
And nurtures it in virtue”
Beautifully described by the Greek Philosopher, Plato,
In the late years of B.C.
From the Medieval Harp to Fiddle and Pipes,
The sliding finger from tone to tome
And the genius spark of variation
Ready to touch the emotion of an aesthetic heart.
This magic and beautiful sound
“M U S I C”.
So let it be heard for another thousand years.
