CCÉ Sliabh Mish were hugely successful at Fleadh na hEireann in Sligo. Congratulations to all involved, a great week was had by everyone.
Our prize-winners are as follows:  Micheál O'Shea- First Place, Senior Mens English Singing Robert Fell- First Place, 15-18 Uilleann Pipes Slow Airs Mixed 4-hand- First Place, 15-18 (Heather Grey, Jasmin Grey, Proinnsias Ó Cathasaigh, Máirtín Ó Cathasaigh) Mixed 4-hand- First Place, 12-15 (Jasmin Grey, Máirtín Ó Cathasaigh, Shannon Foley, Joe Rudden) Mixed 8-hand- First Place, 12-15 (Jasmin Grey, Shauna Gleeson, Shannon Foley, Rachel McGillicuddy, Máirtín Ó Cathasaigh, Joe Rudden, Patrick Dineen, Mark Clifford) Micheál O'Shea-Second Place, Whistle 15-18 John Power-Second Place, Boys English Singing u12 Ladies 4-hand- Second Place, 15-18 (Heather Grey, Jasmin Grey, Sarah Godfrey, Orla Kelleher)
We also had members competing with other branches. Cathy Hayes who won with the Glenflesk senior ladies 4-hand and 2nd with the Sliabh Luachra senior ladies 8-hand, Clíona Daly who got 2nd with the Sliabh Luachra senior ladies 8-hand and 3rd with the Sliabh Luachra senior ladies 4-hand and Caroline Costello who won with the Listowel senior grúpa cheoil.
